Baked Pork with Sweet Baby Rays Hickory and Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce

We had this for dinner last night with corn cob as side dish. It was very yummy specially if glazed with our favorite BBQ Sauce of Sweet Baby Rays. My boys asked for more but sad to say I only cooked half pound of pork. My hubby usually doesnt eat pork skin, but last night he was able to munched it all. I told him to try it, and so he did, and liked it very much. I think its because of the sweet and tangy taste of the sauce that glazed on the meat, its his favorite. =)

But of course I marinated the meat for an hour with

lemon juice, salt and pepper,
cover it with foil,
put it in the oven
and baked it for about an hour of 350F.
and when its already cooked, I brushed it with the BBQ sauce
and let it chill in the oven for a few minutes before serving. 🙂
